Teaching Team

All of our teachers have received highly comprehensive training.

Edward began his first 5 years of spiritual training in Buddhist study and meditation. The last 5 years have been dedicated to the study and practice of Yoga.

He qualified as a teacher in October 2007, is a member of the British Wheel of Yoga, and has been running, classes and retreats since this time.

He teaches a broad range of Yoga with a universal approach. He feels it is important that the practice should suit each unique practitioner, and work for them harmoniously in their daily lives.

He has studied with, and is inspired by a number of teachers from different traditions, who helped him to uncover his own intuitive path. He has also just completed his certificate in Permaculture Design.

Edward Harpin Yoga & Meditation Teacher

Yoga is my passion, a part of my everyday life. After 9 years practice, I have become to realise that what I do on my yoga mat physically is just the start. There is so much more.

It is the devotion you give to your practice both yoga and meditation that starts to make a difference. Through my own practice and studies, my body has become strong and flexible, my mind a lot more at peace and I have learnt how to deal with anxiety.

I have learnt how important it is to have balance in all areas of life: Eating, sleeping, drinking, being mum, working, having fun, being a good friend, daughter, sister, happiness, sadness, emotions, love, relationships, yoga, meditation.

So this magical practice which I love, works so well when you give dedicated time to it. That is why it is my absolute pleasure to pass on my knowledge to help others.

I encourage students to develop their own practice. I can do this by giving private sessions, where I work out a special practice to fit into your lifestyle and needs.

I also teach a weekly class, I keep the classes small and personal. I will be starting more beginners’ classes in the near future.

My influences are Kundalini/Ashtanga/Vinyasa Flow and Dance. I have studied with the British Wheel of Yoga for 3 years.

My own practice is very physical and my group classes are of that nature. However my individual classes can be as gentle or as physical as you wish.

Come and enjoy, learn, have fun, be peaceful, change your way of thinking and be happy. Sat Nam – BE TRUE!!!

Megan Wilkinson Yoga & Meditation Teacher

The only thing to follow.. is the truth in your own heart. The only thing to belong to.. is the whole universe.. The community is.. ALL BEINGS

I began studying nutrition 19 years ago and have been a registered dietician with the Health Professionals’ Council since 1999. I believe an enjoyable healthy balanced diet is within the reach of everybody and that good nutrition is vital to health and wellbeing, supporting both mental and physical health.

Through mass media we are exposed to ever more complicated messages about food and nutrition, but food is so much more than nutrients; it is a source of pleasure, part of family life, a means of celebration, a display of love and care. I work with individuals considering all these aspects offering support and advise to empower them to make the best choices.

I have experience of working with people at all ages and stages of the lifespan in a variety of settings in the UK and South Africa. I am really happy to work alongside Edward and Megan and would love to help you to make sense of food messages and find a diet that suits you, your likes and dislikes, your lifestyle, your income and cooking abilities.

If we are what we eat then let’s eat something healthy, wholesome and tasty!

Kirsten Foster Nutritionist

Hey, I'm Michelle.

So a bit about me: I recently qualified as a yoga teacher after journeying through the kundalini yoga teacher training and I am currently studying a degree in Animal Conservation Science. So right now I'm enjoying learning, evolving, experiencing and exploring the journey that I am following.

I feel inspired by working in nature and connecting with people of all ages and abilities. I am enthusiastic about learning more about permaculture as I think that its evident we have to integrate rather than segregate with natural sources. I really feel the importance for real communication and having a supportive community filled with compassion, creativity and strength. My belief is that by practising yoga, uniting the mind, body and soul we allow ourselves to awaken as human beings and become more aware of ourselves, other people, and of the Earth.

By receiving guidance, acceptance and friendship we can bring our life passions and spiritual values forward to achieve a content, fulfilling life, overcoming the feelings of fear.

Yoga to me and many others is a whole journey of life, and can be as energetic and fun as you allow it to be.. I look forward to exploring the path with any one of you!

The way is open!
