The classes are mostly a combination of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga
All classes and courses include :
-Asanas (Postures) To balance, strengthen and harmonize the body
-Pranayama (breathing techniques) To ensure a natural flow of energy through the body
-Mantra (yoga of sound) To calm the mind and connect with evolutionary energies.
-Meditation To connect with the present moment, your intuition and the healing source of life
-Yoga Nidra /Relaxation A guided practice to induce deep relaxation and inner balance
